CrossFit Kenko is in the Sunbury region and was founded in 2013 on principles of fitness, community, accountability, and integrity. It is our mission to offer the best possible service aimed at helping people of all fitness levels improve their quality of life. Our community-based strength and conditioning fitness programs have been proven effective and as a community, we believe in forging elite fitness. We achieve that result in a safe and exciting atmosphere by preparing ourselves for any and all physical tasks, even those unknown and unknowable.
CrossFit Kenko is a community of individuals dedicated to living better and being healthy, we work hard and have fun. We believe in eating, exercising and living with a purpose. The heart and soul of CrossFit Kenko is the people in it. We learn and grow with each other through hard work and determination. It doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned athlete or haven’t worked out in years, we believe you will benefit from the experience you have here. You will learn new skills, perfect old ones and find a part of yourself you never knew you had, and best of all you’ll have fun doing it! What is CrossFit?
CrossFit training implements a constantly varied and highly functional workout at high intensity where every individual will be challenged and encouraged to give their very best.
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change program
